Troubleshooting Unsuccessful Scopes


  • If your scope does not work, please report the same information as for a successful scope:

    • Operating system and version, e.g. Windows 11 Pro 25H2 or macOS 15.7.1
    • Word and Office version number, e.g. Microsoft® Excel for Mac Version 16.108 (26041219)
    • Exact scope make and model as reported by the *IDN? query, e.g. TEKTRONIX,DSA8300,C010026,CF:91.1CT FV:6.4.1.1

    but also use the Debug menu to attach a VISA log:
